What makes a useful bug report?
Name the tested version and describe the steps leading to the issue. Add what you expected and what actually happened. A screenshot can help; hide personal details, passwords and secret access links.
How should I handle my tester access?
Use your personal account and do not share passwords or secret links. On shared devices, log out after testing and do not enable Remember me. Contact Game Lab support if you have access problems.
How do I update the app?
Download the current APK with your tester account and open it on Android. You must confirm installation yourself. Downloading does not mean the app has been installed.
Will my saved game remain?
Do not uninstall the existing app before updating. Save compatibility depends on the game; it is not guaranteed for test releases.
How do I report a problem?
Select the version you actually tested in Feedback. For bugs, include your device, Android version and steps leading to the problem. Ideas and general feedback do not require a bug impact rating.
